Judge Happe moved to Madison County in 1997 shortly after graduating from law school to take a position in the Madison County Prosecutors Office as a felony deputy, prosecuting major felony cases.  He and his wife, Keri, lived in downtown Anderson for the first six years enjoying the historic homes and parks in the area.  Keri’s parents enjoyed the area on visits and decided to relocated to Anderson as well from northwest Indiana. Judge Happe now lives in Pendleton with his wife of 20 years, Keri McGrath-Happe and elementary-aged sons Oscar and Roman.
